Coaching Payment Plans - Individuals
I have a number of suggested packages and I am happy to discuss your needs and create a bespoke package for you.
Each package begins with a complementary 30-minute Discovery Call. The recommendation is that the Coaching Sessions continue at least bi-weekly for the first 3 months and that the coaching relationship runs for 6 months. However, the payment plans set out options to give you flexibility.
Coaching should be thought of as a process. Many people create change for themselves in a short time. However, to refine and sustain the change can take several months. Give yourself enough time!
One-off Session
Coaching is a process and I encourage you to take time, and invest in yourself with due diligence and time for reflection. However, after a Discovery Call you might want to go onto a quick hit one-off session. It is face-paced but it can be effective and might be a great option for you.

Trial Coaching Today - I can work with you to identify a cohort of employees to trial coaching as part of your training and development programmes.
An option is to identify 10 employees who would each receive by-weekly coaching for a period to be agreed (for example 6 sessions over 3 months) with an assessment at the end of the programme to identify: employees’ commitment to the company and their role, their wider fulfillment in their role, the quality and satisfaction of their working relationships, accountability and productivity.
With coaching in partnership with HR, employees can re-energize their commitment to their career.
About Currency Calculation
I work internationally and accept GBP, US$, or local currency in the United Arab Emirates, Dirhams (AED). Payments by bank transfer. Transfer fees will be borne by the payer but I’m happy to discuss how that can be most cost-efficient for you.
